Transfer money in and out of a S&S ISA to/from Cash ISA

I have a HL Stocks and Shares ISA with an amount held in cash earning no or very little interest.
There was some confusion as I was initially told I could open a HL cash ISA and make a transfer from my S&S account in.
However, this is now only possible by opening with £1 and as I have already maxed my 2024/25 £20k allowance I cannot open a HL Cash ISA even though I will add no new money in.
I would like to transfer my unallocated cash to a cash ISA with another provider (not chosen yet) with the option at some time in the future that I can return it to a Stocks and Shares ISA.
Is this possible?
Is this possible?
Could someone recommend a provider with a good rate of interest that would allow a transfer in from a S&S account without the need of adding new money and from which I can have the option to return my funds to a S&S ISA in the future?

You can if the HL S&S ISA contains sufficient money subscribed in a previous tax year. Although there should no longer be any reason for current year subscriptions to be transferred in full, I doubt many providers support partial transfers from the current year. There are plenty of options here: https://moneyfactscompare.co.uk/isa/
