The problem the OP is having doesn't have anything to do with Tandem's systems - the transaction has been blocked before it even reaches Tandem. Tandem are a legitimate, FSCS-protected bank so, as there are no issues in that respect, the sending bank's anti-fraud measures will have kicked in because they've decided that the transaction the OP attempted doesn't fit their normal pattern.nottsphil said:

I've not had any issues with transfers to Tandem being blocked personally (and that includes larger sums) but, unfortunately, a bank's anti-fraud measures can often appear quite random in nature (and for good reason), so one person can have issues with transferring to Tandem from their bank, but this doesn't mean that another customer of the same bank won't.
