Help to buy ISA and property over 250k

Hi, i'm a first time buyer and have a help to buy ISA. I have found a property which is 255k (over the ISA bonus as outside of London). It is a new build so the developer has offered a 5% contribution which will reduce my mortgage requirement. Can i claim the bonus from my ISA? or will I lose it?

It's the purchase price that matters. If it's over £250k on the paperwork then the solicitor will be unable to make the claim for 25% bonus.0

Thank you I thought that was the case0
