As has already been said... either let others know the site so they can check what the terms are or if you are confident you've read the sellers terms correctly and there is no terms about payment periods etc then letter before action with a reasonable period for payment and then MCOL to issue proceedings if they fail to pay within the period. 

Obvs if the terms were 28 days for payment and you issue after 21 days you would still get paid but you may find yourself not being able to recover court fees or even having to pay defence costs due to falsely claiming a breach of contract.
