New PCN received today

I received a PCN today from a private parking firm called G24 LTD. They had photos of my car leaving and exiting the car park.  I was staying at a Costa Coffee and the reason they fined me was "Unauthorised parking at Reading Gateway Retail Park, Imperial Way Reading RG2 0TA"

I have contacted Costa Coffee via twitter who have tried to fob me off. I have also emailed them so will see what they say.  I have sometimes had success dealing with the retail company.

British Land & NFU Mutual is owned by National Farmers Union according to google - you could try contacting them as well.

Contact the retail park management team who act on behalf of the landowner,  ASAP , plan A, get them to cancel the PCN 

Costa coffee will be a tenant, not much sway over it because they are not the landowners

Thanks I have contacted "British Land Company PLC" I have zero faith they will do anything so they will likely get the template email.

Hi, any updates? Sorry to jump in on your thread, could you possibly share the link for the template email, as I'm in a similar pickle!

There is no template to complain to a landowner.  IMHO that would defeat the object,.
