Post 81 has a link. It works. I've just tried it. Once you click on link you will find it at the bottom of the page. It is a PDF file so make sure you have acrobat reader on your pc.

No an Internet Coupon is meant to be printed from the web and used in store. However due to the general abuse (people printing off hundreds) many supermarkets are now refusing to accept them. However you will still find a lot who do.
