Advice on 900+mb Broadband shared use

We will wire the building from a central point halfway up the building where other utilities come in and provide a router to provide local control and use VPN's centrally to segregate and control traffic.
Has anyone who has done this share experience?

This is something very niche, domestic FTTP will not support a single use line split so that many individuals users can connect , and although Openreach do allow aggregation on leased lines it charges more for lines used for this purpose , think of housing developments where the builder provides the broadband into each home , they often use a leased line to a street cabinet and then connect each house via this cabinet , the developer charging each house per month , and paying the leased line provider a single fee for the leased line , that presumably is similar to what you want, obviously it has to be sophisticated so that should any one user be doing something to attract the attention of the police ( for example) the correct individual user can be identified, so user logs etc would need to be kept , presumably otherwise it’s the leased line renter that gets a visit from the authorities.
As far as the nuts and bolts of arranging something like this ( managed switches , commercial grade routers , etc ) I suspect you would need a network specialist , TBH , it’s unlikely anyone on this forum would have the necessary expertise to advise anything of value0 -
Thanks for your reply, I think you might be thinking bigger scale than I am aiming for.
I am not seeking a domestic FTTP because I suspect the terms would prohibit sharing, but if you know of a supplier that allows this then please let me know.
The setup is smaller than leased line to cabinet, just a 900mb for a single 4 story building at a time with 8 potential premises/suites. There is no guarantee of all 8 being used.
For the security there would be 8 VPN's within the router so each premises would be responsible for their traffic.
Each building would be cabled as required, but demand is not anticipated to be huge, 100mb wired to each premises would be adequate.
I don't know if that makes it easier to understand but ask away if you wish.

To understand if the T's&C's would prohibit sharing, you need to know where you would be getting the 900Mb service from. Is it an Openreach based provider or someone else? You could just ignore the T's & C's and just do it anyway, but what sort of SLA would you be needing? This is typically the divider between domestic and business services, when it breaks.
Also, its not clear to me how you intend to use the VPN's. They need to start and terminate somewhere, so how are you planning to get all the devices in "Suite A" into a single VPN? Typically you would use VLANs for segregating traffic but you need hardware that can support that.1 -
I once had to visit a property that was being converted to student accommodation, the ‘rent’ included all utilities including internet, which was ( in that case ) a leased line , with Ethernet/ WiFi access for each ‘flat’ within the building ( probably around 20 units )
AFAIR , this was a managed service, the landlord employed a firm to deliver the service end to end , but it was pretty sophisticated, Comms area full of kit ( NTE , router , switch etc ) , Ethernet wiring and WiFi access points etc , but no idea the company name , and these types of companies may be pretty regional operators anyway ….googling brings up plenty of hits with ‘managed internet services for MDU’ ,1
