Selling and requsition

Starting a new thread on this.
I'm in severe financial distress after buying a property being forced to sell it after 6 months.
There was a issue with my registration with LR as the seller got wordings wrong on TR1. LR put a requisition on, and now both solicitors have replied with the amended forms. I believe it's just a case where LR review everything and submit the application.
Obviously I can't sell as property has not come into my name. Other side can't even do searches etc as they will argue I'm not official seller and could pull out.
My solicitor silly enough submitted a expediate form without evidence of the sale from agents. Should I submit the expediate form with evidence?
Is it worth me phoning LR , will they put me in touch with the correct department who will look at this straight away. Time is of the essence, as can't have my buyer walk off in 2 days which is what will happen.

@Land_Registry
I hope you find some answers soon, OP. I've mentioned @Land_Registry to notify a person who works for the Land Registry and is frequently very helpful.
The one time I phoned the Land Registry, they were very helpful and put my mind at rest. However, I didn't have anything like the complexity of situation that you, OP, have.0 -

I am sorry to hear of your situation, however you do appear to be panicking. You were advised to wait until Monday to try and sort it out. Nothing will happen over the weekend, so wait until tomorrow and then come back here once you have had a chance to speak to your solicitor and Land Registry.
In the nicest possible way, this sale is only urgent to you. It is not on your solicitor's or Land Registry's 'urgent escalation' pile because of your financial situation and the fact you are selling because of it. This is a 'you' problem, not a 'they' problem.
The legal conveyancing transaction can progress with your new buyer with most of the work being done alongside waiting for the Land Registry to register the property in your name, however I will advise that 4 weeks is unrealistic, even for a cash buyer.
Land Registry have had big delays with registrations over the last few years and there is still a backlog. If yours is straightforward and easily resolvable, then it should be done fairly quickly. However, you mention that LR have raised a requisition - wording to be changed on a TR1? The TR1 would need to be prepared and signed again by all parties if this is the case. That can take time - can your solicitor be more specific about what the requisition actually says? The Land Registry cannot complete the registration if they are still waiting for the solicitor to answer their requisition (questions). If your solicitor has said that the case has been expedited, you don't need to expedite it again, however, please check that they have actually done this.

The requisition was saying the didn't like the way the wording of the executor was and they advised how to correct it. So solicitor has done this and submitted it.
Only thing when they did the expediation they didn't include the evidence of sale being done.0 -
So contact LR tomorrow. No one here can second guess the LR!And a duplicate thread won't help. If anything it will annoy and fewer people will answer,0
