cheapest 512k ADSL with no port blocking

Can anyone suggest the cheapest 512k ADSL with no port blocking? Preferably uncapped but will consider pay-as-you-go. And preferably one month contract.
I'm moving home, so it won't be a migration - however, I've got my own modem, so I prefer wires-only if it's cheaper.
I plan to use a BT line, so Telewest/NTL is completely out of the question.
