  • Thanks Coupon-mad, had a look aorund previously some threads seem old so wasnt sure if the same applies. I still have the paid ticket which expires 18:15 08/06/24 and the PCN is for entry 12:45 and exit of 13:19 whcih is well within the expiry time. The car was parked at the car park on the day the ticket was bought 07/06/24 left and returned at the time stated earlier. Assume its safe to ignore and use the ticket to appeal if goes any further. Again I was not the driver at the time. Many thanks I can see you work hard on this site.

You can't appeal later on.  It will mean defending a court claim but that's fine.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So long as you made/make it clear that the driver (not you) obtained the paid receipt - and also note that @Coupon-mad isn't a Sir!
  • Thanks noted and sorry Coupon-mad.
