Hi,
We usually book car hire directly with a provider. However for an upcoming trip there is such a disparity in prices, we are considering a middle man - orbitcarhire.com.
They are about half the price for rental, versus going to the same provider directly. I have emailed the provider to ask if they will match the price if we book direct with them, they have said no, and that they can only offer the lower prices via third party sites.
Good reviews on Trust Pilot but I know that cannot always be relied upon, so wanted to ask if anyone has used them please?

Ponta Delgada in the Azores. I specifically want to use a particular car hire company are they are the most well recommended, and I couldn't find another I would trust. So it's either book direct with them, or book via a 3rd party website but with the same car hire company.

I have travelled a lot and never heard of them.
They have some Trustpilot reviews
I personally wouldn't use them at all.
