Installation costs of bad kitchen

If Wren refuse to cover all the costs that you have incurred, go after Barclays with the S75 for the rest.targaid said:
Wren. They have now told us that we had to have the Worktops ready for their people to remove - which had never been mentioned before. They've changed the date twice and are refusing to even discuss the cost of the gas fitter we had to employ today to remove the hob and taps. This would have been a part of the removal by our new company and done on one day but due to their insistence on doing it themselves and twice changing the date (knowing that we're going on holiday tonight so can't make more arrangements). Now they're saying that they will neither remove the worktops nor collect the removed kitchen as scheduled.Who is stating that they aren't responsible for fully costs Barclays or Wren?
