I presumed that is what you do. I am not a frequent visitor. 

Very (I do do mean) very bad form to write "delete". Doesn't help when someone has quoted the opening post. Mods will delete a thread in exceptional circumstances, but not to save space.

The freeholder, being the social housing do have the duty of care as normal freeholder like "me" and are liable to sort.

Not sure how i delete this thread. 

Rather than delete the thread, it would be far more helpful to others if you could add more detail about what the pest was, the full information that the ombudsman said plus an update when the HA eventually takes action how quick and effective they were.
