Difference in address of property being purchased

Further to my earlier post, I think I am correct on the following. The letters from the building society regarding mortgage matters, came to the well known address. I am fairly sure the mortgage was written against the well known address.Whilst I can't remember the address given to the Land Registry, on the Rightmove website for sold prices, the property is listed under the well known address. At this sa me website, there are no properties listed at the block against the less well known address. It was only the council and the utilities using the less well known address. As a way of explanation, this was a flat in a block of flats. The block was between 2 parallel streets. The block had 2 separate door one door per street, each with its own proper address. For the 2 addressesthe flat number was the sameThe street number and street names were differentThe town was the sameThe first part of the postcode was the same. In the 2nd part of the postcode, the 1st number was the same, but the 2 following letters were differet. When having stuff delivered to the flat like Amazon or furniture, I used the well known address. This was never a problem.HTH

As said there, I presume the house you intend to buy matches that shown - outlined - on the deeds map, that your solicitor asked you to confirm do match (and its boundaries, etc)?
In which case, relax.
Didn't your solicitor explain why it was fine - reassure you properly? And the 'assurance' they did give is in writing?
Double-relax, and Happy New Home
