Yes, that's rubbish set-up, but you need to stick to facts in your claim, and not all the things that could have happened.
It's not a significant health and safety hazard, so don't give them an easy denial. Simply point out that three beds shoved in a room that clearly isn't big enough for three beds isn't acceptable.
Ive already told them its a health and safety hazard.I'ts a shame they could do this to someone else who may not have the money to pay for decent accomodation. Knock the tiny bathroom wall down and it would be a prison cell, bu tlooking on the brightside we could of escaped as there was no lock on the balcony door.
