My dad tried to help out someone in a similar situation - after a succession of events the addict ended up a lodger. Things started to go missing and Dad eventually found they had taken out fraudulent loans in his name. When he confronted them, they falsely accused him of assault and he's currently in the ridiculous position where the police have prohibited him from going near his own home while they investigate the accusation.
This type will self-destruct and take anyone nearby down with them.

It's very difficult to help someone with MH problems.

I tried helping someone a few years ago who was also "the nicest person", but once I became their sticking plaster then unless I did what they wanted which quite frankly wasn't always possible, then I became the target of their nasty comments and criticism which was demoralising and not good for my own MH. In the end I walked away. Then started the accusations that I'd abandoned them, just like everyone else in their life...

If a person isn't willing to help themselves, then you can't help them.

Perhaps put some leaflets with advice through the door on where to turn to if you must, but other than that I'd stay clear.
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

Why get involved - what has her business/problems got to do with you

You are just inviting problems that are not yours.

Deal with your own life - let her deal with hers.

    Stay out of it.

You can not help someone who does not want to be helped.

When she is ready, she will change.
