I can't believe someone with such a long garden is going to try to snaffle a bit more - really hope you can get this sorted soon

The OP doesn't have a blue area in their title as they don't own the land between them and their rear neighbour.
They appear to have a similar area, but it's not shaded blue on their much earlier map.

It appears to me that the OP's title does not include that area at all. Which would also accord with how they originally described the position.

Some of the maps have been removed.
One in particular - the OP's own earlier deeds - was useful, I think, as it showed what appeared to be the property outlines of that street in dotted lines, and then a 'parish' line below it in solid.
It also showed (I think) this separate small area at the bottom of the OP's garden.
Failing that, we just have this:

I have outlined the OP's property in pink - her immediate side neighbour is already red. I added a dotted line in orange to try and reflect the problem area in question as best as I could recall, but it made sense that it followed that of her LH neighbour's 'blue' area. I suspect that blue area is the property of her neighb at No 86, but that there is some covenant or easement over it, presumably to the benefit of the council. In which case, the same would almost certainly also apply to the OP.
The question is, where is the OP's end boundary line with her end neighbour at No 8? I think that the solid boundary line shown closely reflects that of the dotted boundary line on her own old deeds, as it continued towards the left (in the pic) to match all the other houses that were also there in her deeds, and also now continues to her right to follow all the new houses that were built to the OP's left.
Since that end boundary line continues along all the OP's side neighbours on both sides with no obvious doglegs, it surely cannot be difficult to figure out whether it's the 'true' boundary as marked on this map?
So, Q1 to Courtney: your neighbours at No 82, 84, 86, 90, 92, etc. - do their end boundary lines follow yours? Any kinks or steps?
And, Q2 - is your end neighb at No8 trying to encroach only on to your garden, or also into part of that 'blue' area of No 86, and ditto on your other side at No 90?
