I need to turn voicemail OFF on my Android 9 mobile - not just stop alerts !
How do I do it ?
The option when I dial 121 is not there
And I can't see it under settings.....

If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.

As above, look at your network's website, the code will be there.

That's because as others have pointed out, voicemail is not a function of the physical phone, it's something controlled by the particular network provider.

1210 probably if Vodafone or Lebara or similar (121 is to access the voice mail service).

We're on Lebara and swmbo wanted to stop it diverting.

Try ##002# then <Call>…. If that doesn’t work you’ll need to call your network.
I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂
