Suspect that UC could not verify Child connected to you, using available records.

For the child not included, take to local Job Centre Childs passport or birth certificate together with letter from Doctor or school confirming you as primary parent contact.  And before you go to Job Centre report change under Children and other people who live with you.

For Children being home schooled, UC will only include them until end of August after their 16th birthday.
I thought UC pay untill the child is 19 as long as they are in education. In terms of the question asked what would it be Yes or No? As can't get past the question without answering it.

Home educated children are in full time education. It’s the legal responsibility of the parent to provide the education rather than a school. So when UC ask you say yes and say you are home educating them full time. If you are on FB join the home education groups, they will be able to help. Home Education UK is a good place to start.

Normally it is until end of August after 19th birthday if still in full time education or training. The question is whether home schooling after 16 counts?

According to @lovemula21, home schooling counts as full time education beyond 16.

Home education and benefits is not very well understood as little clear official guidance.  Some parents keep their children at home saying they provide education, when there is very little evidence of education being provided. And some of these become adults not being able to read and write.
The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.

Home schooling after 16 counts as long as the child was being home schooled before they turned 16.
