A good point - especially as that I'm not that far from southend on sea! I avoid the town as much as poss and go there regularly, like every 3-6 years when really have to. someone gave me a waterstones voucher and think that means I have to go to southend, I don't like the place.... but could pick up some bits for next Xmas.
