At one point I had 3 current accounts and 3 savings accounts with one bank. Each current account was for a different purpose. While the savings account was not linked to a specific current account, in my head I knew which savings account was associated with which current account and I transferred money accordingly. Being all in one place worked for me.
So to answer your question, yes quite possible.
I was thinking along the same lines when l posted the question.
    Thank you.
  • As above, it depends - you need to check the T&Cs of the particular savings account(s) you are interested in. Many banks will hapilly let you open multiple bog standard savings accounts, but might restrict you to only one of their higher interest accounts for example. Far to vague to really say more then that unless you provide some further info.
You are really answering  my vague question with all these  responses  thank you all.
