Having two current accounts would not mean being able to have double the number of a type of savings account which had prerequisite of a current account if the savings account also said you could have only one such savings account.1 -
But nothing to stop you having another current account with a different provider and access to their regular saver! You could even switch that second account with Nationwide to get a switch bonus.......
Generally you can have more than one savings account but only one at the preferential rate.
For example Lloyds Club a/c gives you access to Club Lloyds RS paying 6.25% and also to their Monthly saver (RS) paying 5.25%, as well other easy accounts paying peanuts!Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!

What bank, what current accounts, what type of savings accounts?1 -
More info needed. Every account will have differing restrictions. There's no neccessary connection between number of current accounts held and number of savings accounts held though - otherwise all the many building societies who don't offer current accounts wouldn't be able to offer any savings accounts either!1

At one point I had 3 current accounts and 3 savings accounts with one bank. Each current account was for a different purpose. While the savings account was not linked to a specific current account, in my head I knew which savings account was associated with which current account and I transferred money accordingly. Being all in one place worked for me.So to answer your question, yes quite possible.1

As above, it depends - you need to check the T&Cs of the particular savings account(s) you are interested in. Many banks will hapilly let you open multiple bog standard savings accounts, but might restrict you to only one of their higher interest accounts for example. Far to vague to really say more then that unless you provide some further info.1

It wasn't really aimed at any one institution. I just wondered that some saving are linked to current account so if you had a separate one would it be seen as independent of the other.
