The following is a link to a new service where you can manage your state pension.

    Manage your State Pension - GOV.UK (manage-state-pension.service.gov.uk)
But you have to be invited to use it, if not it doesn't work even if you manage to log into the service.

Seemed odd, but just checked and you do require a specific  DWP letter invite to use this new service. For the rest of us its phone or send them a letter for now. Perhaps this is Beta testing at this stage?

Beyond ID verification I created an account with just an email and password, no DWP letter required

I just ticked the box saying I'd found out about it via a letter - no reference number or anything from the letter needed. You can just register if you jump through the ID hoops (at least I could).

Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!

That site is hard to find on Google!
    It's a link, click it
So we set up an account with all the usual ID checks only to get to a message saying they can't show the state pension info and please phone up so that is a joy to come
Do you have a state pension currently in payment? I don't and, unsurprisingly, got the same message
I *think* we do! As explained above, my husband deferred claiming for five years and received some backdated payments in mid May. We expect to receive regular payments from June onwards.
