How to see state pension regular payments online

Wait to see the third DWP payment amount. Likely it will be the same as 2nd payment.
It's unlikely, but I can think of two reasons that both payments are bigger than the letter stated (when was that letter?).
1. Letter gave amounts based on 23-24 SP rates that were increased in April (to 24-25 rates).
2. Letter gave the amount calculated at date of letter and a further %age increase has been applied due to deferment between then and the actual pension start date.
My wife is due to receive her third SP payment tomorrow... but hers wasn't deferred and they stated the correct 24-25 rates in the letter she got (in February, iirc).0 -
Yes it worked for me by selecting the top optionMarcon said:
Out of curiosity, I've just given it a go. When asked how you heard about the service, tick the box 'letter from the State Pension Team' and you can then register (no need for any info from the 'letter').molerat said:
But you have to be invited to use it, if not it doesn't work even if you manage to log into the service.[Deleted User] said:The following is a link to a new service where you can manage your state pension.
Manage your State Pension - GOV.UK (manage-state-pension.service.gov.uk)
Gives exactly the info OP is asking for (the next line shows the amount of the next payment, followed by other info - not included in the screenshot for obvious reasons!):
I don't know why I had to answer so many ID etc questions when I already have a Government Gateway ID

In a world populated by scams, anything which increases security should be welcomed - especially as registering for this particular site gives you the chance to change the receiving bank account.ColdIron said:

Out of curiosity, why does it require you to have a mobile phone? That seems rather restrictive.Marcon said:Out of curiosity, I've just given it a go. V helpful, thanks. That site is hard to find on Google! So we set up an account with all the usual ID checks only to get to a message saying they can't show the state pension info and please phone up so that is a joy to come. But we have made progress thanks to this thread.[Deleted User] said:The following is a link to a new service where you can manage your state pension.
