Best O2 Deal?

Hi just a query. I'm wanting to get an o2 contract as my hubby is on o2 and I believe you can get free o2 to o2 calls. I've seen the o2 retentions thread which suggests that you can get various offers if you are already a customer coming to the end of a contract. I just wondered is this the same for new customer? Are the prices fixed like shown on their website or if you ring up can you sometimes get a better deal? I dont really need a new phone and am not a great texter but do want x amount of minutes that are cross network. Can anyone advise as to how to get the best deal on this.

I'd suggest phoning them up to see what they can do is your best bet. Certainly for existing customers they will haggle with you on the price not to sure about new customers.

If your not interested in a new phone, then either have a look at the simplicity sim only tarrifs or just get the best new phone you can and sell it.
