Far less stressful to do what @KeithP suggested and forget doing the AOS as long as you do this instead:
"Suggest you now change tactic and now concentrate on filing a Defence before 4pm"
Adapting the Template Defence takes about half an hour. Very easy. Emailed as a signed PDF attachment and emailed to the address shown in the Template Defence thread.
