I have opened a cash isa already with shawbrook this year. But want to open another one. Where do i find a list of providers that will let me open cash isa even if i have one with another provider?

Under the new rules you can open other ISAs with any provider (subject to the total annual £20k limit).

i've asked multiple providers this today e.g paragon or oak north and they have said no.PeskyBlunder said:Under the new rules you can open other ISAs with any provider (subject to the total annual £20k limit).0 -
They are not at liberty to say no. Any attempt to dictate your relationship with one of their competitors is unfair and unenforceable.WelshGlyndwr said:

I wouldn't ask - I'd just do it.WelshGlyndwr said:

I have read Paragon's ts and cs and they do not do not even purport to impose a restriction on subscribing to an ISA with another provider!WelshGlyndwr said:

Neither, for example, do Virgin Money, Barclays or Shawbrook, AFAIK.2 -
You don't need to ask. All providers have to allow this service even if they don't think they do. It's exactly the same as opening a S&S ISA elsewhere and still opening a cash ISA, they can't do anything about it and have no need to know what you do with the remainder of your allowance.WelshGlyndwr said:
