Cant remember Number Plates

Hi

Have been trying to track down all the cars I have had over the last 20 years but cant remember the Reg Numbers. Tried searching through old emails and photos for pics of the cars.

Is there somewhere I can find all my old number plates ?

Thanks

Jason

Unsure of that but you could look in your emails for old insurance quotes/policies.

You could look on old bank statements for agreement numbers on the finances?

@jax1970 to compliment what Penguin mentions above, if you can get the agreement / account numbers this is more valuable than the registration plate.  Request old itemised bank statements which can go back to 2001 (DSAR to LBG can) and the payment reference is often the agreement number.  Get a full credit report off Experian AND Equifax as they will have all accounts that ended less than 7 years ago which could take you back 12 of the 20 years.  Heck even parking payment apps may hold the reg plate you need!  In the end a request to the lenders you can remember may still be successful without your reg number or agreement number if you include all prev names, addresses, approximate dates and makes of vehicle etc. They all have different retention processes and will hold on to info beyond 6 years after it closes despite the guidance.  Exhaust all your options and best of luck!
