how to pay a bill to network i'm no longer with
Options
sorry if this sounds so stupid but i have changed networks, leaving 3 after many years. as far as i know, i did what was asked, what was required but have just received a bill from 3 network for 0.95p. i haven't cancelled the DD i have been using so dont know why they haven't taken the money. also, i cant access my old account because the number is no longer valid with 3 network. i understand that every question is easy, when you know the answer but how on earth do i pay this miniscule bill before 3 network gets the hump and charges me for non-payment?

Send them a cheque perhaps.0

Is there a handy 3 shop near where you could try to pay?

You could give them a call and offer to make the payment on your Amex.

They will take the outstanding balance by direct debit.1

If the 3 shop are able to take the payment on behalf of the 3 mobile network (I think it's unlikely), then they would probably take it. Calling 3 and offering to pay by Amex will likely make them question how silly they're being about such a small amount of money.

I mean the answer has already been posted, They will take the final payment by DD, it likely says as such on the actual bill, this is all being massively over-complicated.3
