Paragon site issues when setting up Easy Access Cash ISA
Anyone having issues with Paragon. Site crashed after entering security questions giving a reference number and asked me to call 0800 052 2222 which appears dead.
No problems for me. I opened a double access ISA and set up online access on Tuesday (2 days ago). I funded it by transferring from another ISA, which arrived today. So I'm very happy.
Finally cracked it. Application form does not like complex passwords (only letters and numbers). Answers to security questions must be in UPPER CASE (None of this is mentioned in the instructions). Makes you wonder if some of this software is tested. As an aside, the application form at Paragon is almost identical to one used by Charter. Guess they both outsourced their IT to the same company!
