Do you think I should include the rejection of my appeal letter from Ocean on my complaint to the landowners/Travelodge? They may use it against me I'm thinking
Probably best not to?0 -

Thanks so much everyone. I wrote to all three. And just now got a really nice email from Colliers saying they are cancelling the notice and apologised for any inconvenience. I found the relevant people to contact on this page:
https://www.colliers.com/en-gb/united-kingdom/cities/birmingham
Wisemore Central, Walsall comes up a lot on these forums so this is definitely one to bear in mind.
Thanks very much again for your advice and detective skills!5 -

Hi there. Just wanted to say how unpleasant it is that there are so many people on this thread who want to insult and ridicule people asking for advice. Not everyone has devoted half their life to investigating parking fines, and it'd be nice if people could be kinder.1

We are very kind people and we save posters millions, altogether. I don't see people being unkind and the OP was very happy but this thread is from a year ago so isn't one to read in 2025 if you need help.
Do start your own thread if you have a PCN or claim form but not if you are only at 'ignore the £170 debt demands' stage. No new threads about Trace, please. We do expect and need everyone to read the NEWBIES FAQS thread first. My signature tells everyone how to click there.
