I am very grateful for the information in this forum, the fruit of your hard labour (thanks everyone!). But to be honest, it is all a bit chewy for me, with all the jargon, English not being my first language and the fact that I never had to deal with the law/court before, let alone navigate the forum... so, I could do with a bit more nudging, please.
I do read all, I do spend the time to get my head round it all and I will not give up though I do find it soul destroying all this jargon at times... I don't like unfairness and won't let the said secure parking solutions ltd bring me to waste my hard-earned money.
Now, I cannot find anything very satisfying to inform me what to put in the witness statement next. In my case, the set aside does not seem applicable (I understand it is when they get your address wrong, and it throws of the deadlines for correspondences involved?).
Would anybody be willing to advise?
Believe me I'd rather be doing matched betting. I am more comfortable with numbers than... court jargon.0 -
Oooh please teach me how to do matched betting! Always thought it looked interesting on North Stand Chat forum (BHA fans forum).
Anyway the easiest thing to do is search the forum (yes, this time we are saying search!) and change results to NEWEST:
