Rwgmobile are appalling, recommendations for sporadic payg but mostly for mobile data?

Looking at the trustpilot score for them it seems others are finding the same.
I got one or two replies from rwgmobile now they seem to have dried up completely on the customer service front.
I wanted a refund for an error I made on checkout where I put in the wrong number by one digit. I have been trying for over a month now to get that back.
I tried going the chargeback route but nationwide are showing when submitting the issue for a while now so unable to do that either.
I get it 'they are a budget company don't expect much' but there are some things you shouldn't cut corners on. Fine if the support took a while, even say a week and they eventually got back but it is none existent now.
The impression I get of the company is a group of lads who were around the dinner table after a night on the town and had the bright idea to start an mobile network. No professionalism at all and apparent devil may care attitude about how they treat customers.
Ready to look elsewhere.
For my use case though rwgmobile does seem to have the biggest array of bundles and have not found another that is comparative for price and selection.
I am currently using the mobile data for when I am away from my mum's so I don't want it all the time. So buying some credit and then a bundle if I plan to use it a bit works better. Rwg offer 5 quid for 5gb as an add on.
1pmobile has a bundle of 4gb for 7.50 so deerer for less. I have read they are much better for just having a decently running company. Not found any comparative offers from other suppliers thus far but have not looked too deeply, just the first couple of recommendations from the mse payg article.
From what I have read data only deals are generally more expensive correct? Besides I do still want some modest sms capability.
Any other options for my use case? I want a bit of credit that rolls over and cheapest bundle for now and then. Ideally mobile data would roll over too but none seem to offer that from my current research. Eventually, when I move from my mum's again, I will use this as my main everyday internet, at which point a different package style will probably suit better but for now the sporadic bundle buys work ok.
From my usage I would say 4-5gb is enough per month. I haven't gone over the 5gb yet with rwg.

Sorry, you made an error then went for a chargeback and are wondering why they stopped responding?3

How did you make the purchase?
At what point did you realise you had made a mistake?
"I got one or two replies from rwgmobile"
What did the replies say?
"I tried going the chargeback route but nationwide are showing when submitting the issue for a while now so unable to do that either."
What does nationwide are showing when submitting the issue mean?
Do you have a dual sim phone? It may be worth you considering a data only plan and a cheap calls and texts provider if so, but rwg offer both in one

I ported two of my family's numbers away from RWG, but they continued to take payment for the next three months.
When I pointed this out to them they told me they were processing a refund, but that was back in March.
I've emailed them several times, but have had no response.

I was eventually able to get my refund via a bank chargeback. Was resolved within about 48 hours.
