Hopefully not for a while, as its just launched.xxxxxxxx said:Is trading 212 likely to lower the rate (to what) within the first year and if so when? Based on your previous experience of others like it in the past. What do you do when they lower it?
But who knows!
In any case, if they do drop the rate and others follow, T212 may still remain as one of the higher rate accounts!
As always Ditch and Switch, but their might not be much difference if all the other providers follow suit!0 -
All Trading212 is doing is sticking your money in a money market fund (something you could have done yourself on any platform). Money market funds follow SONIA so if the BoE drops rates this year as expected, the interest earned by MMF will go down. Trading212 has no control over that.xxxxxxxx said:Is trading 212 likely to lower the rate (to what) within the first year and if so when?
