    I'm sure they will cut rates if/when the base rate is cut, perhaps sooner. If it's still competitive you stay put and if it isn't - you move it! Same as any other provider.

    I suspect it will track the base rate downwards

    Hopefully not for a while, as its just launched.
    But who knows!

    In any case, if they do drop the rate and others follow, T212 may still remain as one of the higher rate accounts!
    As always Ditch and Switch, but their might not be much difference if all the other providers follow suit!

    All Trading212 is doing is sticking your money in a money market fund (something you could have done yourself on any platform). Money market funds follow SONIA so if the BoE drops rates this year as expected, the interest earned by MMF will go down. Trading212 has no control over that.
