@Spoonie_Turtle & @mikrt super valuable help! I spoke to eBay and they advised to send it, keep proof of postage and they’ll enforce the seller to refund the postage also because they misrepresented the reason for the return… thanks again. Hopefully this is resolved pretty quickly! ☺️0

I have real concerns that you’ve been misled by customer services. I can’t see how they can force seller to pay the return costs unless they mean they give you a goodwill payment. Make sure you upload tracking details to the SNAD case and as soon as it shows item has been delivered back to seller phone eBay again and at least get the case closed and your original payment refunded.
