Hi
In 2020 I upgraded and was given a “free “ tablet that apparently I’m still being charged £17 a month for - the contract finished in 2022
How can this be right? Has anyone else had this happen?

Did you cancel the contract in 2022?
If not then it just continues on a rolling monthly basis. Just as per the T/C you agreed to?

Why did you not cancel the direct debit when the contract ended, assuming you actually cancelled it?

'upgraded' means its a new contract.

Free tablet probably means it was overpriced?
