Onestream are absolute scam artists, I've never dealt with a more sneaky company for getting extra money out of you. I was foolish enough to sign up with them, 18 months of my life I won't get back and they pretty much robbed me twice with hidden charges. Even after I had left, and was no longer a customer of theirs, they still took money from my account with some BS scam as they had my card details.
I've had to instruct my bank to decline any further charges to my card from Onestream as they cannot be trusted with your financial information. Its insane, don't go anywhere near them. I'm in the process of trying to get the stolen money back, it'll get legal if need be.
Heaven help customers of theirs with vulnerabilities, they will absolutely take advantage. No morals whatsoever.0 -

The OP here is complaining about them, but the same would be the case with any ISP who does discounted minimum periods. Which is probably 80%+, so do we discount 80% of the market.
The follow up post is clearly a didn't read the T&C's.
Can't recall much in the way of complaints about the actual broadband performance or service.
Agree that they are one to be cautious of and to actually make sure you read what you are getting into. They have some add-ons that you have to actually cancel in the 1 month free period which is a bit sneaky in hoping people forget, but it doesn't appear to be hard to cancel them.0 -
Let's just say: I've had five ISPs in my adult life. I'm pretty aware of what are common problems with all ISPs and what scammy practices are unique to OneStream.
Yes, the fact that OneStream's scam victims feel so strongly about the issue that they create a login just to warn others does two you something.0
