This has now been added to the Judgments link following the whole page being posted by @Stressed_Out_VG (cheers).Le_Kirk said:
@Coupon-mad, I will do this and I have saved the image of the letter pending a response to the below: -Coupon-mad said:@Le_Kirk may wish to add that Order to the judgments link because it fits the bill, IMHO.
@Stressed_Out_VG could you post an image of the whole page please and unredact the judge's name and the address of the county court, both in public domain. Leave other names redacted of course.3 -
@Coupon-mad - I received the money in my bank and still not heard anything back and the deadline was 4th March 2025 @4pm. Can I email them now the following "As I have not heard anything more from you regarding this matter, I take it that this is now closed"
Also cc the country court on the email?0 -
Firstly check your junk mail for a Notice of Discontinuance.Stressed_Out_VG said:@Coupon-mad - so far all I had was a request from PE Ltd to send them my bank details. Do I have to wait until they send me something before I present my defense again to them? If so does that mean if I don't hear anything by 04/03/25 then the claim is struck out?
@Le_Kirk - as requested.

If no NoD has arrived, email the court and ask that the file be put before the Judge again, to strike the Claim out because the Claimant has failed to comply with the Order. Explain how.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have checked and have definitely not received a Notice of Discontinuance. This is the email that I will send to the county court today (do I need to CC PE Ltd in?):Dear Sir/Madam,I wish to request that my file be put before Judge Hockaday again to strike the claim out because the Claimant has failed to comply with the Order. They have not filed and served me by 4pm on 4 March 2025 the fuller and better Particulars of Claim, setting out the facts necessary to establish a proper cause of action, including the contractual term(s) relied on, the specifics of any alleged breach of contract and the alleged loss. The only correspondence I have received from ParkingEye Ltd is an email requesting my bank details, and I have received the payment to my bank account.Kind Regards,0 -
That's good, but add the date of the order they breached. cc in ParkingEye's enforcement team, if the claim was from them and not DCB Legal.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Is that the date that was on the General Form of Judgment or Order I received? If so, is this now correct?:Coupon-mad said:That's good, but add the date of the order they breached. cc in ParkingEye's enforcement team, if the claim was from them and not DCB Legal.Dear Sir/Madam,I wish to request that my file be put before Judge Hockaday again to strike the claim out because the Claimant has failed to comply with the Order dated 17 February 2025. @Coupon-mad - I have just received this email from PE in response to the email I sent on 11/03/25 to the county court asking for the claim to struck out.

They sent the following letter from what I understand once again my old address:

What do I need to do as my deadline given by the court was 18/03/25?0 -
Did they breach their deadline?
