ZZPS - still chasing me after 6 years!

Hi all,

I’ve just received yet another debt collection letter from ZZPS chasing me for the outstanding amount of £170 from a parking offence 6years ago!! - I dont have the car any longer.

Does anyone know how long these so called collection agencies keep sending letters for payment? I’ve kept the letter along with the others and have no intention of paying them as I have proof from way back that the fine was incorrect and documents admitting they were wrong and would be cancelled.

Anyone with any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks :)

There is no time limit for them to send debt collectors letters

The deadline for the parking company to sue you in England and Wales is 6 years from the incident date, so when is that date. ?

So the statute limitation for litigation is 6 years, or 5 in Scotland

It's only ZZPS known as the OSNER SCAM.

ZZPS are totally powerless and if the fools want to waste their time, let them ?
ZZPS letters only belong in one PLACE ... THE RUBBISH BIN

It was never a "fine" or an "offence" but is this on the deadline of the 6th anniversary they are probably trying a last ditch attempt before finally throwing in the towel befor the 6 years are up.

    Is it SABA?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi there - the contravention date is 3/10/18 and it’s on behalf of Civil Enforcement Ltd.

Does this follow on from your thread from 2019, where you didn't bother to reply?
You were told then to ignore and it has worked it has now timed out (after 5 years in Scotland) these bottom dwellers are just trying it on.
You could send them a communication telling them in no uncertain terms to FO but why waste your time it's just like any other scrap mail that drops on the door mat.

Yes, it’s mine (forgot I posted it!) and thank you for your replies. Better late than never!!😂😂

So keep slowly asking them questions and try to string it out past 3/10/24 , that is your deadline, and theirs, so its not 6 years just yet, its approximately 5 years and 9 months at the moment
