QDR Solicitors Letter Scotland - Yuill & Kyle

Hi all,
My apologies in advance if this has been covered many times in the past but just wanted to know where I stand with this in 2019.
Long story cut short, we overstayed in a car park in Glasgow. Knowing we did, I contacted the phone number on the display but didn't get through- just left a message with the car park number. 3 days later, I got a call from a Liverpool number asking about my parking. I explained that I did exceed the 1hour free and what can I do? - the girl replied that I could buy a 24hr permit and that would clear me of any debt collection letters(!) for £20 - i agreed, and paid the money using my card. 2 days later I got a confirmation of payment and where the car park was. Maybe in hindsight this was a mistake in doing so??
Anyway, before & Christmas, I received a PCN (Final reminder - didn't get the first one!) then a ZZPS letter, then another ZZPS "Notice of intended legal collections" letter and now, a letter and phone call from QDR Solicitors asking for payment. I didn't take the phone call but they left a message saying that I must contact them with regards to a legal matter. All letters have my name on it but I've never made it was me driving the car that day.
I have never responded to any letter or call or text that I've been sent.
I haven't as yet sent a copy of the confirmation of payment (keeping that up my sleeve)
I'm now concerned that the latest letter indicates that Scottish legal firm, Yuill & Kyle (googled and not great) may get involved for payment and also the threat of a decree against me.
They also highlight the case of Indigo Park against 3 nurses at a hospital in Dundee and the judge favoured with Indigo. Pretty low I think to mention this on an "official" letter - do they do that in practise????
Anyone got any ideas as to what to do, or do I sit tight and wait for the Glasgow solicitors to get in touch?
Appreciate your time in reading this.
