i was never told that it needs main dealer servicing, it does not say anything about that on the document, it is only after returning the van that they have said this, so this sounds as if i may of been miss sold, simple thing is i buy a used van go to carmoney for loan they introduce vauxhall, i have had no say in the matter it could of been chinese bank for me, as long as they got repayments they were happy, but not when the vt takes place then the goal posts change. the vt says once paid half and reasonable care taken hand back, then once done all this about conditions and maintenance comes out of the woodwork, sorry for me this is not fair, i have put van back with 12 month mot in better condition that received apart from wear and tear end of, why charge for something that is not getting done ie works. rip off for me and i think this is against my rights. is that the case or not ?? who can i turn to ?? motor obundsman only deal with private sales not business, bvrla wont get involved, trading standards pass me back to Financial obundsman. THE CLOCK IS TICKING I NEED HELP FROM SOMEONE WHO KNOWS THE SITUATION,

My advice.
Don't VT the van and pay off the balance at then then sell it.1 -
cant do that as they have the van and only started to be awkward once i returned the vehicle0

I use a local garage to service my car but so get an invoice showing what has been tested, replaced etc. so I have proof of servicing but it does not show on the manufacturer’s records.0

according to the rules the vehicle must serviced and repaired by main dealers only0

They may back down when they realize they can't prove it but you'd probably need to take it to court. Are they adding any time based fees?0

You are in business. Read every contract in full before you sign it. Keep a copy of the contract for as long as necessary (at least 6 years). If the finance company says something that is not in the contract, then point out to them that they have made a mistake, and insist that they correct it. Refuse to pay anything that is not required by the contract. It's not a matter of what is good, bad, right or wrong. This is business. The contract is the only thing that matters. If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0
