Sony Ericsson W810i - status code 500

Apologies if this should be on the techie board - wasn't quite sure.
Got the w810i today, all up & running ok, downloaded the WAP/MMS settings from O2, etc. MMS messaging working fine, can access internet sites ok, except for www.sonyericsson.com/fun - which is where I need to get to to download free themes/images, etc. I just get an error message saying Status Code 500 - and no idea how to solve it. Have emailed via SE's website to ask, but wondered if anyone here has had the same problem & if they solved it (or rather, how?).
Not hugely technical so explanations in words of one syllable would be much appreciated... :-)

i can access the site fine in firefox, but i cant test it on my phone as ive killed it.
you can get plenty of free themes from https://www.esato.com and http://www.myw810.lasyk.net/0
