Yes, month 1 ( of 5) ends on 31 August so if all criteria has been met by then, the £15 should be credited to the REGULAR SAVER on 10th Sept.
Doesn't have to be on the 10th, just within 7 days of the 10th.
We should start seeing those £15 dropping from today. Let us know when you all receive it & in which account it appears in.

Ditto just got the same email, also mentions the £15 doesn't for part of the £250 deposit limit for the RS.

  • I got an email saying I hadn't met the criteria for month one, specifically that I hadn't deposited £50 into a qualifying regular saver.

My switch completed on July 16th, and I then opened a regular saver and deposited £50 on August 15th. I was very careful to do this within a month of the switch even though the terms only specify within the next calendar month.

I just spoke to the Customer Services team and they agreed it looked like I'd met the criteria and they'll query it. Now racking my brain trying to think how I might have got this wrong! Wondering whether this has happened to anyone else?

i got the same email. i deposited on 1st august, but transfered back, because it's not against terms. i asked the team and they gave me a list of requirements and link of terms. i asked again about my issue, and i am waiting for their sufficient answer.
  • i got my payment, probably after my query and investigation
  • I called them to query and they confirmed it looked like I had met the terms. I got an email a couple of days later confirming that they had made a mistake and the £15 had been paid in. So it's definitely worth querying if you think you've met the criteria!
  • Fallen foul of the dreaded Co-op "fraud" detection. Managed last month to transfer £550 in one go, pushed my luck thinking I could do it two months in a row.
No doubt another hour on the phone like it was trying to set up my debit card for on-line use.
