Thedibb forum as mentioned is an excellent resource for you to go and do research. you will find information about things like the discount ticket companies you mention and whether they are good value and reputable.
Personally I wouldn't do DisneyWorld until they were tall enough to do the thrill rides they would want to. We did it at age 9 which is the last year that child prices apply. After that they pay adult prices.
We had done several trips to Disneyland Paris prior to that with an annual pass (we had access to a motorhome which with the AP allows you to park it in the car park overnight and use the coach driver facilities).
We also did the annual passes for the Merlin group which allows you to do Legoland, Chessington, Warwick Castle, Sealife centres, Madam Tussauds, London Dungeon and Thorpe park for a single cost.
This covered those younger years very well.
As mentioned, there is also the original Disneyland park in California which is a similar size to Paris and can be easily done in 2-3 days meaning the cost is less and you can do more with your holiday than just theme parks. California has better weather than Florida as well and actually can cost not much more than a trip to DL Paris.
Disney world can easily use the whole 2 weeks in theme parks with Disney, Universal in Orlando and Busch Gardens in Tampa.
