    Wrong, even 1p on your credit card means you are covered for the value of the order, provided it meets all other criteria

    Understandably but it would be up to you to prove that actually there is another payment being made on a linked invoice that takes the total price over £30k.

    Is the builder going to commit fraud to help the customer who is saying they've done a bad job?
