I'm so sorry to hear that I'm not the only one having Lebara issues. They allowed my sim to be proted by my email hackers...without warniong - then provided no means to report it as it was happening out of office hours.   a week later, they retrieved my number of 20 years.  after a month of trying to get evidence to give to banks, so I can get some of my savings back - Lebara have ported my number again, without warning to Giff Gaff.  Giff Gaff can't help. I have lost thousands and I can't prove my ID anywhere.  My number can still be called but it goes straight to voicemail that I can't even accesss.   Its ruined any coinfidence clients had in me and lost my work.   Did anyone ever manage to get a satisfactory respoinse from Lebara?

This morning, I got a call from a lady saying that she got a missed call from my phone, I hadn't made any calls from my phone to anyone but I double-checked my phone history and there was no call to that number. This happened today, the only reason why I'm suspecting that these issues are because of Lebara is purely an uneasy feeling that I have, it's also what prompted me to jump into this Forum section to check and here I am.
I believe this is nothing to do with Lebara. Scam calls can be made to verify that a number is active and missed call is an excuse for that. Equally it's possible to make calls and show a different number from the one you're using so it could be possible that someone had done that but not actually using your SIM. I've had SMS before saying they'd had missed call but ignore as spam in the same way the ones saying "mum I've lost my phone" are.
Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.
