Easyjet on board duty free cigarettes

Their prices at Gatwick last November weren't that uncompetitive leaving the UK without pre-booking. £50something for a block of Marlboro Red. We were going to France, so they were cheaper in the airport than outside at either end.NoodleDoodleMan said:The Duty Free stores at UK airports are likely to have good offers if you pre-order for Reserve & Collect.Assuming they do tobacco deals - I have no idea.💙💛 💔0 -

Hardly encouraging smuggling ,the customs are probably trying to catch people with drugs rather than 100 extra cigs , the people with 2 suitcases full if tobacco products is a different matter.jimi_man said:
That’s pretty much encouraging smuggling. It’s rather like saying that there aren’t many staff at duty free so you could probably get away with stealing the cigarettes!IvanOpinion said:You also take your chances with customs, although the last time I was actually stopped and had my baggage checked was about 20 years ago. Everyone seems to just go down the nothing to declare exit.Just because you can do something illegal, doesn’t mean you should.0 -
