Is his diet adequate....?

You make a range of healthy foods available to him and he will take what he needs.
His diet sounds aboslutely fine, and as other have said, healthier than many kids- my DD,9, is awful for (not) eating veg, but we compensate by not giving her many sweets and getting her to eat more fruit. I hated veggies when I was younger, up until I was about thirty!! I survived too.;)Member of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19

Aren't raw potatoes faintly poisonous?

Never seem to have don him any harm ... I have to watch him as he really is a fruit/veg bat and will sit and eat tons - I meet him from school everyday with a whole pepper - he eats it all (seeds and all) on the way home and gives me the stalk as we approach the house.
He will come in the kitchen and nick the potatoe skins as I peel them - yuk, I now ration him to half a raw spud. asked my doc and he thought it was OK ????Sealed pot challenge 822
