  • Boo hoo, I put 1.5lb on this week :( I had big blow outs on eating, drinking and way too much spending. Didn't do any exercise either. Once you fall off the wagon it's so easy to just stay there. Someone slap my wrists and tell me to get my act together. Please?
  • I put on 1/4 lb (I'm not that anal but it is the unit my scales measure in) - not bad considering how naughty I have been.

Lost 1.5lbs this week (i started diet on a Saturday so weigh in today). Most i have lost since i started and lost 3lbs in the first week.

This veggie thing is working, although i did eat lasagna yesterday (but walked for ages after!) but the veggie dominoes pizza seems to have done no harm! :D

Bleh, put on .5kg (1lb) this week
Its my own fault, I haven't been exercising and although I haven't been eating mountains of crap I haven't been sticking to the diet either so I only have myself to blame really.
Plan of action: do more exercise and must try harder to stick to the programme!

Get your act together and stop feeling sorry for yourself! One week of indulgence means nothing. Bet you enjoyed the food, the booze and shopping - now let that nice feeling stay with you when you don't eat, sweat in the gym and won't spend a penny on anythign that's not essential...

    Good luck!!!!

  • Have been excercising for a month, eating sensibly (most of the time) and haven't lost a bit. Quite disheartened.

  • It all seems to have got rather quiet on this thread, was just thinking about how it is weigh in day tomorrow and thought I would pop in and say hi all:wave:.

So has it gone quiet because:
a)we are all getting on with it and spending far too much time on our exercise regimes to be posting on here (ahem, mind you the rest of our threads don't seem to have suffered too much :p)
b)we are all sheepishly avoiding the thread in the hope it will go away :o
c)our numbers are depleated as people give up once the new year enthusiasm wears off:rolleyes:
    d)all of the above:D

Or maybe everyone else has lost all their weight :D and it is just a few of us left in there for the 'larger loss' ;) targets
I have to say my dieting has helped me save money no end:T thank you for the shove in both right directions.

    Still here

I'm due to weigh in tomorrow, but weighed myself midweek and came to the conclusion my scales are dodgy, so not really sure where that leaves me. Aunt flo is visiting shortly so I'm feeling a bit bloated anyway. I've tried really hard as well.

  • Yay, and there was me feeling lonely:T

I haven't got on the scales yet this week but am hopeful that I might have lost a pound, my 3 1/2 gain a few weks ago was when aunty flo was on her way, the wek after I lost 5lbs so if your body is anything as annoying as mine you might have the same see saw pain.

I have taken to wearing ankle weights under my trousers a couple of days a week to burn a few more calories, although I might regret that as I seem to build muscle on my legs really fast and the fat sits on top so that they get bigger and BiGGer and BIGGER:rotfl:
