Happy birthday Safe hun - I guess we're not twins after all, you're much younger than me :p

You've got to have a treat on your birthday. When I lost the 3 stone before Christmas, we had a day off every week, and still lost weight. Dont worry about it too much ;)

    Good luck tomorrow x

Okay so weighed in this morning, and I've lost 2kgs. It doesnt show on my sig because I was too embarrassed to write I'd gone up to 94.5kg. I was hoping for slightly more because of the exercise but it is what it is and I'll keep plugging away and it'll be gone before I know it (at least thats what I'm telling myself :D)

Right - I am ready to get started again properly. Cupboards full of healthy stuff so I am going to do a meal plan for the week ahead and get cooking. Slimming World weigh in on Monday so will use that as my starting weight.

Well done everyone so far x x

But it is still a loss:T and didn't you lose 9lb last week?? your body is probably just adjusting from that - I am sure you will reap the benefits of your labour next week when you weigh in.
